New Delhi: In India, the price of 24-karat gold per gram was recorded at Rs 9,044. Similarly, the price of 22-karat gold was recorded at Rs 8,290 per gram. The rate for 18-karat gold (or 999 gold) was Rs 6,783 per gram, increasing by Rs 33.
The cost of 22-karat gold for 10 grams was Rs 82,900, rising by Rs 400, and 24-karat gold was recorded at Rs 90,440 for 10 grams, increasing by Rs 440.
MCX Gold for April 4 contracts increased to a new record high of Rs 88,969 per 10 grams. At approximately 10:05 AM, MCX Gold was up by 0.20%, priced at Rs 88,899 for every 10 grams.
