The Lady Singham’s dedication to studies led her to clear the prestigious UPSC exam in her first attempt, earning her a coveted spot in the IPS at the age of just 22.
Kamya’s academic excellence has always set her apart—she completed her graduation from the renowned Lady Shri Ram College of Delhi University. Mishra’s hard work and brilliance led her to rank 172nd in the UPSC examination in 2019, which eventually secured her a position in the Indian Police Service.

She was assigned with the Himachal Pradesh cadre initially, and later transferred to the Bihar cadre.
