Indian Boxer Neeraj Goyat was involved in a heated exchange with the USA's Anthony Taylor before their match at the Misfit Boxing in Dubai. Goyat warned Taylor not to talk about "my country". He got upset with Taylor continuously running his mouth. "India tera baap hai," Goyat yelled at Taylor. The Indian boxer walked the talk and defeated Taylor in the six-round bout.
Goyat was originally slated to face Slim Albaher. But the plans were changed
following an injury to the social media influencer. Goyat is making a name for
himself in professional boxing and has travelled across the globe. He famously
competed at the Jake Paul vs Mike Tyson event in 2024 at AT&T Stadium.
More than 70,000 fans attended the event.
Following Goyat's win over Taylor, the fans are eagerly waiting for his next match. He has a professional boxing record of 19 wins, four losses and two draws. Goyat couldn't qualify for the 2012 London Olympics or the 2016 Rio Olympics. He turned pro in 2013.

Speaking to Mykhel, Goyat said that he is open to going to WWE. “Working with WWE one day would be amazing, If I get a chance, I’ll definitely go," he said.
Goyat famously travelled to Puerto Rico to confront Jake Paul in 2024. Speaking about it, he said: "I had tweeted once that I was ready for Logan or Jake Paul. It didn’t get much response. But when we made a video, Jake replied with abuse. I answered back, and from there it exploded."
They haven't squared off in the boxing ring yet. Jake suffered a knockout defeat against Anthony Joshua on Saturday (December 20). It's unlikely that their match, if it's in the plans, will take place anytime soon.
