New Delhi: Pakistan Deputy Prime Minister Ishaq Dar has made a big admission saying that their Nur Khan airbase was pounded by India during Operation Sindoor. The Op Sindoor was an anti-terror operation launched by India after Pahalgam terror attack when Pakistan-backed terrorists shot dead 26 innocent civilians when they were vacationing in Jammu and Kashmir's Baisaran valley on April 22, 2025.
Speaking at a presser, Ishaq Dar, who is also Pakistan's foreign minister, clearly stated that the attack was made. In fact, there was a damage to Nur Khan, he said clearly stating the name of the airbase.
Ishaq Dar categorically said that a total of 80 drone attacks were targeted in Pakistan. However, he also boasted that 79 of them were failed but one was successful that hit the Nur Khan airbase but did not revealed that Nur Khan was just one of the 9 bases that was struck by India.
It is to be mentioned that in the press conference addressed by Indian Armed Forces chiefs and DGMO during Operation Sindoor back in May, they showed pictures and pictorial footages as proof before the world as to how India destroyed terror targets in Pakistan and Pakistan-occupied-Jammu and Kashmir (PoJK).
How India Brought Pakistan To Its Knees During Operation Sindoor
During Operation Sindoor according to the Press Information Bureau, India successfully destroyed nine major terror launchpads in Pakistan and Pakistan-occupied Jammu and Kashmir (PoJK), targeting Lashkar-e-Taiba, Jaish-e-Mohammed, and Hizbul Mujahideen facilities. Over 100 terrorists were killed in action.
Multiple high-profile terrorists on India’s most wanted list were neutralised in a single night, crippling key operational modules.
