A red chair marked for him was seen empty while the prime minister was speaking. According to the Congress, Mallikarjun Kharge did not attend the function due to security reasons. "If he had attended the Red Fort function, he would have missed the flag-hoisting ceremonies at his house and party headquarters. He couldn't attend the function at Red Fort due to security reasons. It takes two hours to reach the venue and he couldn't leave earlier," party officials said. Kerala Blasters FC announced the signing of Milos Drinci   Kerala Blasters FC  have announced the signing of Montenegrin defender Milos Drincic. The 24-year-old has signed a one-year deal at the club, that will keep him until the end of the 2023-24 season Drincic has plied his trade for two Montenegrin clubs in his career, where he has clocked over 200 appearances in the first division since making his debut in 2016. He began his career at Shakhter Soligorsk, before making a move to first-division team FK Iskra Danilovgrad, where he became a key fixture in the starting lineup, amassing over 160 appearances and scoring seven goals. Following his tenure at Danilovgrad, Drincic moved to FK Sutjeska Niksic in 2021, where he made 62 appearances in two years. His time at the club has seen him play in  UEFA Champions League  qualifiers, Europa League qualifiers, and Europa Conference League qualifiers. The  Luna-25 mission lifted off  on Aug. 10 atop a Soyuz-2.1b rocket from the Vostochny Cosmodrome in Russia's far eastern Amur Region, marking the first domestically produced probe sent to  the moon  in modern Russian history. The last moon mission from what is now Russia,  Luna-24 , took off in 1976 and returned about 6.2 ounces (170 grams) of lunar samples.
