And we applaud the Indian people for exercising, you know, their ability to vote, and to have a voice in their future government. According to the latest updates from the Mumbai-based weather monitoring group, Mumbai Nowcast, this brewing storm is expected to have an impact between May 23 and 27. The cyclonic circulation, currently in the intensification phase, is projected to make landfall on the eastern coast of India before progressing westward. While it is too early to ascertain the exact trajectory and intensity of the system, the forecasters have cautioned that if the cyclone does pass through the coast, it could bring heavy to very heavy rainfall to the city of Mumbai around 28th May.
